Food parcel collections

Food parcels can be collected from the Charity and Community Hub in Waterford House during the opening hours shown below but only by prior referral.

Wokingham Foodbank, Waterford House (food parcel collection only)

At the rear of the building there are loading bays that clients can use when they come to collect their food parcels. Permits are available from the Hub reception. The loading bays/parking area is located at the end of Waterford Way, RG40 2AR. Note that Google Maps doesn't think you can drive along Waterford Way, but you can. The Waze app, however, will give you correct directions.

Pedestrian access is through the walkway beside Zen Nails and Beauty in Denmark Street

There is limited parking at the end of Waterford Way for those collecting parcels, but a permit can be collected from the Hub reception on the first floor.

Food collection points

We can accept donations of food to Frederick House during the opening hours shown below. Please DO NOT drop off donations at any time the premises are unmanned.

We also have collections bins at all the main supermarkets as well as other locations.

At the end of a short access road off the Reading Road, by the Keep Left island, nearly opposite the Best One store. There is only limited parking space.
