What happens next:
Once you send a text they will text you right back.
If you have a child aged 0-5 and could do with some advice, you can text a member of the health visiting team in confidence using our ChatHealth service.
Perhaps you have some worries about breastfeeding or bottle feeding, child development, toileting, sleep, behaviour, parenting, food and nutrition, or their health.

Citizens Advice Wokingham main office is in Wokingham Town Centre - just off Denmark Street behind the Designs for Living kitchen and bathroom shop in the Charity & Community Hub.
We cover the whole of Wokingham Borough.
Office drop-in sessions on Monday and Wednesday from 10am to 12pm, and Friday from 10am to 3pm

SHARE Wokingham is a locally founded food sharing charity with 15 sites in Wokingham and surrounding areas. No referral is required and the food is £1.
Wokingham Borough Council - Integrated Social Care & Health Team

The Adult Social Care service supports people aged 18 and over living in the Wokingham borough who need extra help due to an illness, disability, or frailness. This may be both short and long-term.
Wokingham Borough Council Ambleside Children's Centre
What happens next:
Contact the centre for an invitation to the Family Support Group.
The Ambleside Centre offers a range of support and information for families with children pre birth to under five years old.

You can call 0118 908 8002 or email triage@wokingham.gov.uk to speak to someone.
A worker will ask your family some questions to find out what sort of help and support you might need. We will then agree together what needs to be done to ensure that the right sort of help is put in place for you and your family.
